环球音乐中国 (Universal Music China) 是环球音乐在中国大陆地区的业务，现时公司正式注册名称为正东音乐娱乐咨询（北京）有限公司营运，股权方面由环球香港全资拥有，旗下除环球唱片外，另设有Republic唱片中国、EMI唱片、PolyGram宝丽金唱片、Capitol唱片中国四个品牌。
环球音乐在中国的业务最早可以追溯到2004年，环球在上海成立天韵文化。从此，开始进入了中国大陆市场。同年，和SMG合作成立合资子公司上腾娱乐。主办大型电视个唱比赛：我型我秀第一届我型我秀冠军成为环球唱片在中国大陆的第一位发行专辑签约歌手。除了制作专辑和培养艺人之外，环球中国同时曾代理福茂唱片在中国大陆的唱片发行。

这是宝丽金唱片公司对应的主要厂牌，曾属于宝丽金唱片公司，1999年后，经收购改组，现在为环球音乐集团旗下的知名厂牌之一。
